I'm a Crested Butte-based elopement photographer who believes your wedding day should feel like your wedding day, not a photoshoot. The most meaningful moments aren't perfectly posed. They're the quiet glances, the uncontrollable laughter, the happy tears, and the moments you didn't even realize were happening.
My approach is equal parts guide and storyteller. I'll gently step in with direction when you need it, offer plenty of encouragement along the way, and then fade into the background so the real moments can unfold naturally. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and free to be fully present with each other.
The result is candid, true-to-color photographs that preserve not just what your day looked like, but what it felt like.
Based in Crested Butte, Colorado, and raised in the Gunnison Valley, these mountains have shaped who I am. I know the hidden trails, the quiet overlooks, the ever-changing seasons, and the places that make this corner of Colorado so special. While Crested Butte will always be home, I travel throughout Colorado and around the world to document intimate weddings, heartfelt elopements, and stories that deserve to be remembered.

As a Crested Butte elopement photographer, my role is about so much more than taking beautiful photos. I'm here to be a steady presence, a local guide, your biggest encourager, and a storyteller who notices the little moments you didn't even realize were happening. I'll gently guide you when you need direction, cheer you on when the nerves kick in, and quietly step back when the moment deserves to unfold on its own.
The result is an experience that feels easy, genuine, and full of joy, along with timeless, true-to-color photographs that don't just remind you what your day looked like, but bring you back to exactly how it felt.
More Than a Photographer
Before becoming a wedding and elopement photographer, my work centered around people. I spent years supporting at-risk youth and working in human trafficking prevention. That experience shaped the way I move through the world, and it's something I carry with me into every wedding day. I'm steady, observant, emotionally attuned, and calm when emotions run high.
I'm comfortable navigating big feelings, shifting family dynamics, and all the beautifully imperfect moments in between. I read the room, adapt when plans change, and help create a space where you can simply be present with the people you love.
When I'm not photographing weddings and elopements, you'll usually find me in my cozy Crested Butte cabin studio making pottery. Working with clay has taught me patience, presence, and the beauty of slowing down. Every piece is shaped by hand, and every wedding is approached the same way: with intention, curiosity, and an appreciation for the moments that can't be rushed.
